Hayley and I first spoke around 12 months ago, I was looking for a new role after maternity leave and at this point in time sadly Hayley couldn’t help me. Fast forward to July 2018 and the story is a different one with a very happy ending. There are a few things people need to take from this, Hayley will not put forward a candidate who she doesn’t feel is right and likewise will not pressure you into taking an interview that isn’t right for you as a candidate. This makes Hayley stand out from the crowd, coupled with the fact that she spent in excess of a decade actually working in the industry that she now recruits for. This is a rare yet wonderful asset!!
